Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi

Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi graduated from the University of Baghdad with a Master of Psychology and PHD of Islamic Economy. He has been an Academic lecturer in sociology and politics together with contributing to numerous publications. He is Chairman of the Iraqi Organization of Elites and Efficiencies which includes many famous Iraqi Thinkers. He was Head of the Human Rights Defending Committee in Iraq in 1989 and participated as a lecturer in several conferences about human rights and international conflicts worldwide. Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi was Chief of the Iraqi Delegations that participated in the courses held by the United Nations to study the experiences in national consolation and constitution. He was elected as a Member at the Iraqi Council of Representatives in 2006 and is presently still in this position. Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi was chosen in 2014 to be the First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament and remains in this position.
