Badih Moukarzel

Badih Moukarzel is the managing partner of Huqooq Legal Practice (HLP) for the UAE and MENA offices. Badih has particular experience in the structuring and restructuring of groups of companies so as to achieve the optimum solution in terms of management control and tax mitigation. He also had a wide contribution to the World Bank project “Doing Business 2013: Smarter Regulations for Small and Medium Size Enterprises”, “Doing Business 2014: Understanding Regulations for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises” and “Doing Business 2015: Going Beyond Efficiency”.

Badih is also collaborating with StantonChase International who is one of the leading global executive search firm. Operating through focused industry practice groups, each led by a global practice team leader. He has a Master at Lebanese Law (public and private law) and was Participant member of the International Research Center of Hague Academy of International Law for year session 1990.
